Chris Henry is the Program Manager for the TCA Profitability Program (also known as TPP), an exclusive business improvement initiative from the Truckload Carriers Association. Chris currently manages and facilitates three Best Practice Groups within the dryvan, refrigerated and flatbed market segments, and he co-facilitates two new brokerage groups with Jack Porter, TPP's Managing Director.

Chase Adkins is the Corporate Vice President at Sharp Transport, Inc., a third-generation trucking enterprise founded by Chase's grandparents. Beginning as a sophomore in high school, Chase started working at Sharp in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends. Chase's experience in the family business has run the gamut from cleaning toilets to long-term strategic planning. After spending time in roles ranging from the maintenance team to the service bay and dispatch, he was asked to take on the role of Sales Manager and, most recently, Corporate Vice President.
